Request from Mrs. Flor Amaneo

The recently strong typhoon Sendong that happened on Friday December 16, 2011 had brought great damage to some barangay in Cagayan de Oro City.

Hundreds of people died, thousands of families lost their homes, and their livelihood. They are now temporarily sheltered in different evacuation centers. These people need food, clothing and materials to rebuild their homes.

We visited one of the evacuation centers and donated some used clothings and pledge to have a feeding program for five hundred (500) people. We would like to continue this program until such time that they can go back to normal state of life.

In this connection we would like to ask donations from you people there be it in cash.

May we appeal to your generous hearts to share your blessings to the flood victims in Cagayan de Oro City. Your help will be a great gift to them especially this Christmas season. May our good Lord reward you a hundred fold.
